Both 4K @ 30fps.
Unless it's a thunderbolt 3 hub, you'll find that all of these cheaper USB-C hubs will be limited to 4k30 because they lack the bandwidth to simultaneously push 4k60 and have additional USB 3.1 ports. Technical details available at this site: https://www.bigmessowires.com/201...usb-c-hub/
Id rather go with anker, more reputable.

I've been having problems with this one. Trying to do 2560*1440 @ 60hz. Random black flashes and instability. Haven't tried the Anker

Damn, just bought a new MacBook today and while I don't really need either dongle, the price is making me feel like I have to buy it in case I might need it in the future. Someone stop me

You're gonna need it. I got a MBP last month and wanted to keep using my external HDD over USB 3.0 and I can also read SD cards out of my camera.

If it has 100w power delivery, does that mean you can charge the laptop through the hub?

Or is it only for devices connected to the hub?

edit: PD charges the laptop as well

Hmm how do these work? Like if you are charging your laptop then plug your phone into one of the USBs, and then plug a usb memory stick in another usb port..

Does both your phone and laptop recognize the usb memory stick? Or does only the laptop recognize both the phone and usb memory stick?

I'd say get it. We have a MacBook with no ports besides USB and ended up needing one badly quite a bit
