How is the warranty with these? I only see 90 days. Does it include the manufactures warranty as well or just these 90 days? I can't tell. Also does anyone have experience with Micro Center and refurbished products? Thank you in advance!

Note that these are the AUA models that don't support the WiSa wireless speaker technology, if that is important to you.

I purchased this exact LG C9 OLED55C9AUA 55" refurbished from Microcenter a few weeks ago for ~$950 before tax using Microcenter's store card to get 5% off.

According to the staff at my Microcenter this is a manufacturer refurbished product from LG, not Microcenter themselves. So, the 90-day warranty is through Microcenter, but the set has a 1-Year warranty from LG. I have confirmed this by registering the product through LG's site and it says "Warranty Info :Labor 1 Year / Parts 1 Year", which I believe is the same as a new model.

Mine looks completely new! I ran through all the calibration tests and found zero burn in on all colors. No re-taped or ripped bags. All cables and hardware were included. The box was wrapped in those annoyingly sturdy plastic zip tie-like things you have to cut through so you know it wasn't tampered with. I purchased an LG OLED B8 last year new for more money, and I wouldn't have known this was refurbished outside of the different model number.

I highly recommend picking one up if you're in the market for a feature complete OLED at the lowest price possible with a verified manufacturer warranty. You can get this for less than a new B9 despite it having the same warranty and better processor. It also has all the important new HDMI 2.1 features missing from the previous years models like EARC, (future) 4k 120Hz support, GSYNC/VRR, but is $1000 cheaper than this year's newest CX models that don't seem to have added any meaningful improvements.

Overall, this is a steal! My store has a couple 65" refurbs for $1500, which is even more of a steal if you want 65"!

No 65" in my store. Very tempting to get this for bedroom replacing a TCL 5 series.

Just a FYI. I asked the Microcenter near me if the 3 year warranty covers burn in and they said it does not. Not sure if its worth the risk.

I called my microcenter and they said it's a 90 day store warranty and there is no manufacturer warranty. I'm not sure if they are just uninformed or not.

Wow! Now i don't know what to think. The warranty description online isn't very thorough.

LG has been replacing OLEDs with burn-in even out of warranty for quite some time now. They are very interested in keeping their reputation intact when it comes to OLED. Browse the forums and you'll see lots of these cases.
