Saw these today $30 in store (San Diego, CA). I looked at them but they looked like a budget version of their normal shoes (exactly what they are).

Surprise they don't have half size. You need the perfect fit for these, unlike sneakers.

Not only am I a half size, but I also need a wide width. So no go for me.

It's a boat shoe . Meant to be worn with no socks and to be slipped on and off . I can't see why half sizes would be needed .

These are look similar to the Lanyard style which is a budget version of the Billfish.

I was thinking the same thing. They only have 2 eyelets and you don't ever tie or un-tie them so I don't see the need to have them fit so precisely on your foot.

Every pair of Sperry shoes I have tried on have been hard and uncomfortable.

Too bad it is the ugly old-man version of the Sperry.

That said, I totally agree with the no half-sizes complaint. I feel like fit is MORE important with slip on shoes because there's nothing else to hold them on. I can wear a half (or full) size too large in a lace up shoe and tie it down just fine. Might trip over my toes and have a lot of heel slip, but it will stay on my foot.

A boat shoe that doesn't fit your foot well is a shoe that doesn't give you a stable footing on deck and that will likely fall off and end up in the drink (not that most people buying these will ever wear them on a heeling sailboat...) Just costco cheaping out to avoid having to stock full size runs.

In my experience, getting the right size is more important with a slip-on style shoe, because you don't have the option of adjusting the laces to make it work. If the shoe is to big your heal will pop out of it all the time and foot will move around too much. You also can't wear thick socks to make the shoe fit a bit better.

I bought these a year ago, definitely not typical Sperry quality. Mine are breaking down already, I have worn them a lot but they should last longer than this.

I got some sketchers with the memory foam for work and they were comfortable right away. My last pair of shoes were under armour casual shoes and it took like two weeks to feel right. The sperrys just feel too hard from the start.
