The trailer looks like a flash version of the old PC game Black & White.

I bought this during a previous sale late last year.

I played it for a couple of hours before getting bored with it. The gameplay is very slow and it would make WAY more sense to play this game on PC, as the control scheme for a controller isn't particularly great. Overall, it's definitely worth $0.44, but I would suggest waiting for it to be that price on PC instead. It looks like it's $2.49 on Steam and I'd suggest the price difference is worth it.

It's funny how this one keeps dropping. It was 74c in November, then 59c in Feb, and now 44c in May. I suppose it'll be around 25c in a few more months. Too bad other (better) games don't drop as dramatically in price.
