Probably not with caffeine it isn't. When did they start adding caffeine to this? I love the regular water, but I don't need any more caffeine.

Broken deal. It shows the price but in the cart it increases to around $22.

'gonna give it a shot" implies that i have not had it before thus i cant not speak on its hangover mitigation properties. Applause

Again with the low protein (10g vs 15g) version.

You want carbs not protein.

I don't really understand a 10g of protein drink, maybe this tastes good? A 8 Oz serving of skim milk has ~85 cals and 8 grams of protein.

As you said, this probably tastes good as opposed to skim milk. I don't understand how anyone would drink skim milk as a pre or post workout drink... or for hangovers. In fact, why buy watered down milk at all? Watch a video on how they make skim milk and get back to me on why you would ever drink that...

I tried this once and threw it away after 2 sips. Not tasty and it has a weird texture.

I imagine that video is less strange than the making of this synthetic drink.

I personally can't stand skim milk, but if you are calorie strapped then you're choices become limited. This is easily 2-4x the price per gallon compared to milk and extremely synthetic.

I personally can't stand the clear protein drinks, they taste absolutely horrible IMO. To each their own though. Unlike milk this won't spoil and is has less lactose (though it is whey protein so not lactose free).

I live in AZ and tbh pay a huge premium on Shamrock Protein Shakes, 30g of protein per 190 calories and taste damn awesome

Tasted once and staying away, almost flour like with water. Weird and would not buy again

It does leave that "chalky" protein feeling in your mouth as others have alluded to. The product name almost makes it sound like it's a replacement for water, but this is definitely not what you're reaching for to get hydrated. But it's also not quite a postworkout drink or anything so it's pretty unsatisfying. Could be helpful to get some extra protein in between meals while killing hunger pangs if you're a 100-pound woman, I guess. I bought a twelve pack last year and there's still 11 in my fridge
