Anyone have any experience with these? What I hear most often about ceramic is that they're nonstick until one day they aren't, and then they're a sticky nightmare.

I had a ceramic nonstick Greenpan a few years ago before I switched to stainless tri ply clad. I never had a problem, always cooked with a little oil or butter. I have read some did have issues. If you have any problems, you can always return to Costco.

I found otherwise. This is better than Teflon. My food did not stick to the pan, perhaps because I always used cooking oil or butter. I also did not cook on high heat.

Thx op, reviews are pretty exciting. Nearest Costco usually has at least 30mins queue to get inside the store, will have to see how that goes.

That is the case with every nonstick I've ever owned, ceramic or otherwise. They start out amazingly slick, and over time begin to stick. There is no exception with Greenpan. It's a limited life product and you just need to be okay with that, or you will be disappointed. As far as time goes, that is a function of how often you use them, how high of a heat setting you typically use, and how careful you are with not scratching the surface with hard objects or abrasive cleaners.

Had one. Loved it. Bought a second. Babied it. But exactly like you said, one day it everything stuck to both. I get that nonstick is a limited life product, JR this was at like 1.5 years on the one pan and 9months on the other. Thankfully Bloomingdale's took both back.

I went with the 3 piece Henkels set Costco had a while back. Mostly for the Costco warranty. I would still be willing to give this a try for the same reason
