Been on the lookout for a dyson fluffy deal and missed out on the last few. Rakuten has the V7 fluffy back on sale for about 1 week. Marked down to $210 with additional 15% ($31.50) back in points with free shipping. Comes out to $178.50. Not as good as the last Rakuten deal but good enough for me to jump on.

Shipped and sold directly via Dyson, includes 2 year warranty.

Newegg has it for $199 out the door but website states 1 year warranty on that. Found this to be better

I have been looking for for a Fluffy tool, but have a V8. Anyone have any experience with V7 vs V8? YT reviews seem to indicate a few differences with runtime, etc.

I had the v7 allergy and bought the v8 Home Depot deal. V8 is worth the upgrade in terms of suction, battery life and indicator. I returned the v7. Just my 2 cents. Also the direct drive floor head is slightly improved for hard floors.

Agree. The V8 is a noticeable upgrade from the V7.

If you're looking for a V8, Home Depot has a "special buy" right now. Wife and I were in the market for a new vacuum and just placed the order.

Been shopping around for my first Dyson vacuum, and I saw this review where the V7 and V8 were nearly identical in performance (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KPIVWDz1r7M). Are there different V7 models? Trying to figure out the best value right now.

From the very basic research, in general the V8 has 40 mins of charge vs 20 for the V7. The HD one I referenced for $250 only came with 3 attachments, the V8 has 10 I think.

The V8 absolute has a soft roller head option for hard wood floors and the animal doesn't, but both are good for all surfaces, if that makes any sense 🤷🏻 ♂️

Vacuums shouldn't require this much research if you ask me. Holy heck there's so much.

Same deal today but instant 15% off instead of points. Been looking at the fluffy for awhile now and this seems like a good deal for a new one with 2 year warranty.
