I've been looking at this keyboard for a while now and the price just dropped by half straight from the Microsoft store. Usually $99 now $50.

Thanks! Student pricing is another $5 off. Friendly reminder, MS does not do verification checks for EDU accounts for eligibility.
One is for a desk. The other is a case/keyboard for a Surface tablet.
What fingerprint reader? I think that's a different one that's not available.

I bought this keyboard for the wife to go with her surface book. It's a great keyboard. It types very well and is very similar to an Apple chick let keyboard. It's held up wonderfully over the two years she's had it. The built in fingerprint reader is very handy and can be used for windows log in amongst other things. I think I paid full price and I'd buy it again in a heartbeat at $50!

I got me one. I've been looking for a bluetooth wireless keyboard to replace my gargantuan MS ergonomic keyboard for a while, and this definitely fits the bill. Coincidentally, my company just retired my surface book 2 and replaced it with a Lenovo so the color scheme no longer matches, but I think I'll survive.

Thanks, OP.

This or MX keys? If price (+$25) isn't a issue.
