I don't often shop for meats at Sam's Club but the meat selection at Costco is excellent, as are the prices. Just keep in mind they're all in large quantities (usually packages are 4lbs+).

Have spouse/sibling/neighbor/friend sign up and share a membership with them. In two years rotate the main account holder to obtain another bonus.
That would reduce revenues, instead of increasing revenues. As a customer it makes sense, as a business it does not.
do note that Costco does blade tenderizing for the beef in the styrofoam packaging (afaik, the beef in the vacuum sealed packaging isn't blade tenderized. if it's blade tenderized, price label tells you)
