Color-coded design helps you keep tabs on what you're cutting to avoid cross-contamination. Stainless steel blades have nonstick ceramic coatings to slide through foods. -StrawMan86

I bought these previously. The finish is flaking off and not really meeting expectations despite hand washing only.

It's not like I am cutting up bricks for lunch but I had higher hopes on longevity. My wife thought they were "cute" so I got that joy for a bit.
About 3 months. Finish on the smaller knives started flaking first.

Not a bad deal but if you buy these, don't expect the coating to last too long, especially when (not if) you need to sharpen them.

How long have you had them?

You expected longevity from a $15 set of knives?
Fair point and no. But had I paid full price, I'd be a bit jaded.

Yeah, that's not long, even for $15 knives.

I bought these about a ago for $10. I just started using them. They are worth $15. They aren't the best knives in the world but they are sharp and comfortable to use. I love having blade guards so I put them in a drawer instead of the bulky knife block on the counter.

I've had these for 3-4 years with zero paint flaking off. Great knives!

I've had these for a couple years and I really like them. I always hand wash and only cut on wood or plastic. Take care of them and they'll be a good set of knives for you.
