For those who missed Walmart deal here a better price.
https://www.sportsmans.com/campin.../p/1525667 has Kamado Joe Classic I Charcoal Grill (Red, KJ23RH) on sale for $599.97. Shipping to store is free.
They also have Classic II on sale for $799.97 where available as shipping currently unavailable.

Cash back also available.

Great for price matching.
I had no problem price matching at lowes.

Sportsman Warehouse will ship to store. I was going to buy one but got a better deal on a L BGE.
If you sign up for their email list, they will send a 10% off code for online order. It does in fact work with this deal.

As far as the Classic II, there was one store in UT that had stock of only 1 or 2. They would NOT ship to store for the Classic II

Used L with a ton of accessories for $420.
Lady also gave me folder of receipts... including the one for the Egg itself. She stated she had not registered.

Nice. I figured it must have been used. I could use a deal like that

My local Lowe's didn't have Classic II in stock but their manager said they could still order either model from their distribution center so again for us hustlers here I'd recommend going to local Lowe's store and speak with Outdoor area people if none is at local store.
Good luck!

I was pissed for just a sec because I jumped on the Walmart deal...then I saw store pickup. I'm lazy. I still feel good about $649. 😂

Probably having a luxury of a trailer and a teenage son I thought it wasn't hard to unload.
Lowes used a forklift to load on my trailer.

Does anyone know if I would be able to transport it in the back of my Subaru Forester? I'm having trouble finding dimensions of the box and also if it would need to be transported upright rather than on its side. Also curious how difficult it would be to take out of the box piece by piece or if that's not really feasible/recommended? Thanks!

*Update* I called Lowe's Customer Care Department at 1-800-445-6937 and after 30 minutes of waiting to speak with someone was able to get them to price match. However, they did have a hard time applying the price difference as when I made the purchase it included free delivery and assembly but they were able to do it. The time on the phone was worth it to me in the long run.

Find a friend with a truck or rent one for $20. I don't know about you but I wouldn't want to be loading ceramics piece by piece into the back of your wagon.

Great deal, but wasn't able to get Lowe's to match because the nearest Sportsman didn't have it in stock.

Did you call or have to go into the store to check?
