Which Comply tips did u get? I'm willing to risk killing mine with sweat but don't want them to fall out when I 'jog'
Don't buy these if you plan to work out with them. Clearly they aren't sweat-resistant, so they will inevitably short out and die on you. Get something cheaper like the SoundCore Liberty Air 1 or 2. They work fine.

I almost puled the trigger on these last month after a similar thread, but instead I went with the Master & Dynamic MW07 Go. They don't have ANC but do have better battery life, water resistance and per reviews, a more comfortable sport fit and better sound. They can be had at Best Buy new for $145 now. I've been very happy with mine. If I hadn't gotten those I'd have gotten the Sony's, because music quality was my first priority.

Guys, see my review in other thread. I'm an audiophile, a perfectionist and generally not easy to please. I went through at least 7 different brands. I settled on these Sony's. The sound quality after adjusting the eq is the best I heard in wireless buds, both clear and great mids, and strong bass. To get the good seal, you do have to get Comply foam tips. Most of the negative reviews come from folks using default silicone tips, they do suck. If you drop your buds too many times, you'll start having issues such as jittery connection during the calls and general other problems. I'm on calls at least 5-6 hours a day and not once I had a complaint from others compared to all other I tried (Jabra, Samsung, Jaybird, Bose, Powerbeats, B&O, etc). The case is large, but it supports quick charge, so 10 minutes of charging will give you hours of using them, you CAN use them independent of each other for calls, so don't listen to false claims that you can't. From engineering point of view, these are still good old Japanese Sony design buds (yes, they're made in Malaysia, but almost nothing is made in Japan except for precision optics), most other feel extremely cheap made and sound crappy including $300 B&O that are not worth the price by any means as the sound quality is much worse than these.

Why would anyone get these over the Jabra 75t? Seriously?

Having tried a few different buds, I'll say Jabra are my preferred choice right now but the sound isn't great. They're middle tier. I haven't tried the XM3 but I assume they're about as good as the Sennheisers and Airpod Pros, based on reviews. The ANC and audio quality on these more premium buds are a step above Jabra.

But yeah lack of an IP rating for water resistance is a deal breaker for me.

Because the XM3 have the best sound quality and ANC in the industry?

What's the point if you can't use it? If I want sound quality, I go for my cans. No sweat resistance is a joke.

Sweat resistance is useless... you dont wear in ear monitors with active noise canceling while you work out anyway unless you like hearing THUMP THUMP THUMP of your feet and your heart and your own breathing nonstop.

I have a love hate relationship with these. I freakin love the sound quality and noise cancelling. Battery life is very good. That being said some connection issues I have had a incredibly frustrating. They will not connect and stay connected to my Samsung TV. No other Bluetooth headphones nor my Anker liberty 2 Pro TWS have any issues with connecting to this same TV. They even had boatloads of connection issues to my phone. I have never gotten them to connect to my work laptop. Very frustrating.

If they fix the connection issues to me these would be 99% perfect.

Better sound quality? Great noise cancelling? They are made by one of the best headphones manufacturers in the world whose headphones you can find in virtually every TV and radio station in the country.

Mine work great after dropping these multiple times in puddles of water, i would say they posses pretty good water resistance. Also bought aftermarket ear tips with hooks so they stay in my ear more securely while working out (no more accidental puddle drops). No thumps or heart beat either while exercising, you do know you can turn ANC off.
