I never tried the tips that came with these since I bought refurb and didn't want to risk it. However, I typically use medium tips for the silicone ones, and used medium with the Comply tips and had no problems. Perfect fit.

The touch controls are great; however, I wish they let you control more than two things. I have mine set to Ambient sound/ANC on the left and Playback controls on the right. I wish I could add Google Assistant too, but it works decently when I just say 'Hey Google' since my voice is picked up by the phone.

I haven't optimized sound to full extend (you can take pics of your ears and stuff) since it requires use of apps I typically don't use. I stick to Spotify.
The Google Assistant can be invoked by long pressing the side that's set for Playback Controls.

Why would anyone get these over the Jabra 75t? Seriously?
You have got to be joking. How in the right mind are you going compare a pair of headphones that run on a master slave configuration. The left side cannot be used independently, without the right. A headset that is supposedly premium yet feels like such cheap plastic as soon as you lay a finger on it. It feels like a cheap Chinese knockoff replica. Let's not forget the buzzing noise that remains constant on the left side earbud; sure music diminishes this sound, however the buzzing noise is constant while you are on a telephone conversation.

Mine work great after dropping these multiple times in puddles of water, i would say they posses pretty good water resistance. Also bought aftermarket ear tips with hooks so they stay in my ear more securely while working out (no more accidental puddle drops). No thumps or heart beat either while exercising, you do know you can turn ANC off.
Which tips with hooks did you get?

Anyone tried using these connected to PC? Wondering if latency becomes an issue when watching YouTube or Netflix. I read into low latency Bluetooth connections some and wondered if I just needed to go with RF connection headphones instead.
Latency is fine. Maybe it's just my desktop's Bluetooth module and the USB one I also tried, but neither pair and connect very reliably to the earbuds. It was extremely difficult to pair them. And even after pairing them, they don't seamlessly switch between my phone and my pc. I often have to manually reconnect to my phone Bluetooth after switching from pc use. Super frustrating so I ended up just not bothering with pc pairing. What Sony needs to implement on these earbuds and the upcoming xm4 is what Microsoft has managed to do with the new surface headphone 2 with seamless multipoint Bluetooth functionality. For that reason alone I use the surface headphones over the xm3 headphones I used to use as my daily driver.

Not bad. I was getting antsy for the refurb model from secondipity to come back, so I rolled the dice on "open box - like new" on Amazon for $103. (Yeah, kinda gross). They were immaculate and pretty happy with them.

The sounds quality is great and my dad said I sounded no different than a regular phone call. Unfortunately, they are only supported for phone calls not apps, etc per the manual. Connected to my windows computer, the sound is good but the call audio and mic is terrible. ANC is nice but mostly affects lower end frequency, and I struggle to get a seal with them.

Happy for the price I paid but wouldn't be happy with MSRP or possibly this price, though at least this is new.
I ordered a refurbished one from Amazon through Secondipity. Not only the product I'd received stop working a few months down the road, but when I called Sony to see if I could a replacement through them, they told me that my item was scrapped. Basically these scrapped products were not suppose to be sold again because it's basically labeled as trash products. I was pretty pissed. Didn't want to ever order through them again.

That's interesting. I was planning on using them for mowing, but maybe that's too risky. Hmm, the ANC was somewhat the point.
I have a set of these and have used them when mowing a few times already without issue. I think what they're saying is don't run or do high impact activities with these, and that I'd agree with. Don't be afraid to get these if your just walking/mowing though. Hope that helps. (edit: just noticed your name, NE resident here 😁)

Nice, thanks for the reply. Happy with them so for but haven't mowed with them yet.

Sweet, we live in Texas now but go big red! I'd say the tougher part is that my wife's a badger. Ooof haha

The reason your ANC isn't working is because you don't have them fitted properly. It's likely similar to the problem I had, where you have to shove them in to the point of discomfort due to the ear canal shape.

I sold mine because of that and kept my AirPods Pro, but they have superior sound quality and ANC to the AirPods. Not even close.

In SQ and ANC... But stability wise and support Airpods Pro win. These have connection issues.

My 2-cents - I really wanted to like these headphones but I just can't get them to fit right and stay in my ears. If I lean forward they fall out.

I did but the Comply the suggested tips for these and they helped. I think, as long as I am just sitting at a desk or in a plane, they will be fine. I could never run with these and walking the dogs has been frustrating because they fall out. I guess I have really big ear holes.

Sound is great though.
