I mean this seems worse than just me adding some protein powder to my existing high PH water?

Not to mention 50 calories so it will break a fast if I am correct?

Protein powder has calories in it. Protein is calories.

It was two separate statements, one commenting on that I can just add my own protein powder to water and get a better result cause 10 protein is nothing.

The other that this water will break a fast cause it has calories in it.

I like protein water but it should have more protein and I prefer as few carbs as possible. The last protein water I bought was Premier Protein Clear Protein Drink with 1g carbs, zero sugar, and 20 grams of protein.

One other things is how did they get 50 calories from 10g protein and 7g carbs? (10x4)+(7x4)= 78 calories. I wouldn't trust this product to have what they say it has in it.

40 grams of protein is awesome but yeah the cost would add up fast.

These are 10Gram. 20 Grams are as low as 16$ at the right time . Pineapple -coconut is the best . It tastes heavenly good !

If you go to the deal on amazon and go through the nutritional values, it mentions it having 2 NET carb. So it would be closer to 48 cal
