The large-diaphragm condenser element is USB bus-powered and features a warm, extended frequency response for smooth vocal and instrument reproduction. The cardioid polar pattern effectively reduces off-axis noise and feedback. The -10 dB Pad reduces distortion and peaks when capturing highly transient audio. -slickdewmaster

As someone who has tried many microphones and has been in many recording studios over my lifetime.. you have no clue what you're talking about.

DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS ADVICE.
I like how you link to a video where the first thing the guy says is be sure to get a good quality mic like a Blue Yeti.
You need to check your ears...seriously

I bought this microphone a couple years ago (use it mostly for discord chat and language learning and it works great, it has yet to have any problems for my uses.

They compare favorably. The yeti nano is prob better for streaming/gaming and the CAD for more general recording - but either do the job well. A nice feature of the CAD is the -10dB pad and bass roll off switches. You have a bit more control outside of software.

After spending a lot of money on all kinds of microphones, this is what works best -
Laptop microphone (or phone microphone) + Audacity (sound software)

Dont waste money like I did on all these fancy microphones. Audacity is easy to learn and free.
This video will give you tips on how to improve your voice recordings - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rj7sbBng-T8

I regret buying so many microphones in pursuit of a better sound, all the while could have gotten it for free with a few clicks.

Possibly couple a good microphone *with* some good sound software.

If you change the configuration to "with kit" you can get a foam cover and a pair of AKG K72 headphones for an extra $30.00
