Likelihood this will go down further in price in the future and likelihood that series 6 will be further improved? Have a series 3 - and thought was amazing compared to the original I owned, and it's still working perfectly, so just trying to balance my urge to burn money with my hope to avoid immediate obsolescence. TIA.
correct, likelihood there would be a version 7

I didn't know what are the differences between so called Nike and regular version. But after reading couple websites there is no hardware difference and Nike apps can be downloaded easily. (One small Nike logo hidden in back) and many after market bands to choose on amazon. It's a marketing hype.

Over all 4 years warranty from Costco seem to me more valuable than one very small hidden Nike logo on the back of the watch. Again it's a personal preference
Only reason, at least for me, to choose Nike version is the band.

The real question is, will these be at the same price or possibly cheaper on Black Friday?

I don't know how Apple prices usually be during Black Friday. If apple watches or apple products don't drop by much during Black Fridays, I might bite now.

Also, I've always thought series 5 Nike were extremely limited and sold out. If they are limited, would my only chance of getting them with a discount, be now then? Does Apple discontinue the previous series as soon as they announce a new one?

If anyone can help me out that'd be greatly appreciated. I'm looking for a series 5 gps+cellular, preferably Nike.

Also considering just waiting on series 6. Don't they usually cost $600?
Black Friday is 6 months away. If you don't need it for anything in the 6 months, then I guess you can wait.

My personal reason for buying the Apple Watch is to help me get back in shape...which is not something I'm going to wait 6 months to do.

This is perfect timing. Finally broke mine, no apple care. Sold it for $125 broke and sold the band for $35. I'm going to be $200 for a new Nike Apple Watch. Cheaper than the repair. Thank you!
+ the price you paid originally for the watch

Stupid question. Are you all getting cellular version or WiFi and why?
I got the GPS version. The cellular version did seem more useful but apparently there's an additional monthly cost to have a phone number attached to it that wasn't worth the cost for me.

From what I've seen of the 6 is that it will have a wider screen that kinda wraps more around the top of the watch if that makes sense. A 5 is my first watch so Idk really if it's worth upgrading from the 3 to 5, I would imagine if you love your 3 you'll live the 5 more cause I never take this thing off lol

Bought the 44mm Nike version (165mm wrist but wanted bigger screen and black was the only one in stock). Has $50 credit expiring so perfect timing.

This is my first Apple Watch, is a screen protector necessary? Is there a must have addition for the watch?

Do you think prices will drop? Still fairly happy with my 3 so I'm not in a rush to upgrade but if it goes below $250 I would jump.

My real concern is prices jumping back up.

Serious question because I have no clue: What is the difference between Nike version and just the regular Space Gray one? They look identical. I remember in the past it was the white band, right? Do they bring something exclusive?
I had the nike series 2 and the nike watch faces got really annoying after a while. Didn't care for the band either. They sound like a premium but its just a gimmick like other nike crap.

No this is already $100 off retail this will probably be discontinued after series 6 is released
