I would be all over this deal if it came with a case to store the items in. That's about the only down fall I can spot with this deal.
BTW: if you live near Mishawaka Indiana or Plainwell Michigan,
They have some in stock at the Clearance price.

The cases that come with these sets are garbage anyway. I always throw them away and put them in a real tool chest.

I changed my HomeDepot app to the Harrisburg location and it still shows $399.
