Vio bank is the highest right now at 1.35%. I only use Ally bank for transfers since they are the quickest. Ally bank is like my ACH nerve center everything goes through them. I never rely on host bank for ACH

I have accounts at both Comenity and First Foundation. Have not had any problems with Comenity customer service in the past. FFB is good with rate changes but transfer limits are bad, meaning only 10k allowed per day and only 30k in 30 days. In case you want to move money out quickly to another account - thats not feasible online unless you do a wire. Comenity also has an outbound limit of 10k per day but they are pretty fast in processing them. Inbound limits are pretty high if there is one.
As Medic mentioned, find a hub account to use as your middleman. I've been using HSBC as my hub/nerve center. Their premiere account offers free outbound wire transfers too. You avoid the limits and the potential fees incurred by the host account.

I've read Amex is another good option for a hub.

Comenity has nothing been but horrible to me so far. I have lots of interest because of their pathetic customer service. Right now in next 30 min I am going to Chase to move money to NASA by wire transfer because Comenity moved my money to Chase instead of Nasa in-spite of 3 written instructions.. and I will pay Chase $35 because of Comenity's oversight. Avoid Comenity if you can.

If Comenity transferred the money to the incorrect account, make them fix it and make them pay for any associated fees.

$400 is nothing to someone with 200k cash. You can make way more than that from flipping. shake head

I'd invest 25% of that and look at high int savings.

Thanks for the tip. I always used to do a pull from new account instead of push from existing. May be I need to try 360 accounts at Cap One to see if that can become my hub to push out.

I've had a lot of fraud on my citi cards. In the past decade they've successfully dealt with the fraud and refunded me bad charges.
I lost my card last April, right when the lock down went into effect. They successfully closed my old card and shipped me a new one. However it's been over 2 months and I've had at least 10 phone conversations and I still haven't been refunded almost $1000 in fraudulent charges. Maybe they need to borrow some money from me. I've borrowed a lot of money from them in the last decade. But if I'm late they charge me a ton of interest... how do I ask for interest?
