It has fillers but you'd be hard pressed to find something this nice for this price. It has the deep sockets, 3/4, 1/2 and 1/4 ratchets, allen wrenches, extensions and so on. If you look on Amazon, look at how much the sockets are going for by themselves. This includes sets for all three ratchets, deep and shallow and both spark plug sockets too.
Its a good price at 179, an excellent one for 99 and free shipping to boot.

However,
Lifetime Warranty with no questions, no receipt required
I've been using Husky for over 20 years with no problems.

I do wish they were made in the USA but that doesn't happen anymore.

I live in apartment. So for me it's the best thing to have everything in chest and not laying in a bag. I was gonna jump on 328 pieces yesterday's deal, but came across this one and figured it would be better for minor car fixes

To be able to return broken tools with NO ???'s asked . That's big, not like Craftsman where they point out the rust on the tool and deny you.

Compared to comparable boxes from lowes and sears this one has much less fluff added. However sometimes this tool set goes for as low as $59.

Every tool set comes with 40 hex keys and screw bits. They are necessary tools. 40 hex keys is the norm and every tool set needs to come with 40 hex keys. 12 nut drivers and 19 insert bits isn't bad at all. For $99, this is a solid deal.

Craftsman is selling a 230 piece for $129.99 but it has less extensions, far less wrenches and whopping 50 insert bits. Husky with 19 vs Craftsman with 50 insert bits... Huge difference!

Yeah thats kinda where I was. I'm pissed I missed the 3xx and 4xx - piece deals.
There are no "unnecessary" fillers in here. 40 hex keys are absolutely necessary and 19 insert bits are good for a 230 piece tool set with case. Craftsman has a 230 piece with a whopping 50 insert bits. Compare what you get with the husky tool set to the craftsman 230 piece tool set. It is laughable when you look at the extensions, wrenches and bits. I say this as a Craftsman fan too.

The Lowe's Kobalt 227 piece tool set is selling for $199.00.

How's the quality of Husky compared to DeWalt? Just bought a set of DeWalt socket wrench and wonder if I should go with these instead. So much more included in this set.
