I couldn't agree with you more. All manufactures seem to "iphone-ize" their phones nowadays, no sdcard slot, no earphone jack, no removable battery. This planned obsolescence crap is only going to get worse as long as we as consumers keep spending $$ on these products...
Based on the MPN on the eBay listing this is the USA model so...Snapdragon.

how does the manufacturer warranty go here? I thought only the purchase from the authorized sellers comes wih the manufacturer warranty.

The other thread about the Microsoft.com note 10 sale had lots of good info/caution about buying phones from ebay, and stuff about the warranty. I'd be careful.
