Literally just ordered a similar one yesterday for $70 to be delivered to my godson for his second birthday. Of course, this would be on sale today...smh.

This is a good price, in fact I got one two weeks ago at the same price. This is normal price, not a deal.

I can't even get my 30mo to pedal a tricycle
It has no pedal and it works because it has no pedal.

What kind of a product is this?
It helps the kid to learn balancing before pedaling a real bicycle, skip the stage of tricycle or bicycle with assisting wheels.

Once the kid learns balancing with 2 wheels (don't underestimate balanced bike, they can slide on them very fast, always wear protective bears), they can learn pedaling and balance on a bike very fast.
Tricycle or assisting wheels are not as effective in learning bicycle.

Not too late for a balance bike, but you probably need a larger one.

You're going to ask someone for a useless filler instead of buying something that you can use? It's Walmart. Wow.

When does using months stop and using years begin? I always wondered that.

FYI, I'm like 369 months old.
When the kid stop being cute or passes 36 months.

I have the red flyer balance bike, bought for my daughter around her 3rd birthday. She hardly looks at the thing, much less touches it. Her 18mo younger brother has expressed some interest but he's not tall enough to reach the ground even w seat at lowest setting. They both fall back to her pink tricycle that she will soon outgrow but has mastered and he refuses to pedal.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to get my daughter off the stupid tricycle and onto the balance bike? I'm sure if she saw me and/or mom actually riding a bike that would be a good start

If they are tall you can take the pedals offs a regular bike and probably the chain too. You can Google it.

Balance bike is specifically built for toddlers...they are pretty small. My 3.5 year is short for her age (less than 3 percentile) and she can barely use it.

It takes a bit of self confidence for them to use it btw. She was reluctant at first and didn't use it for months. Then one day she hopped on and she's gliding along like nothing. Now she goes down hills and I wish I got one with brakes - but those are much more expensive...so I'll need to get her on a real bike soon.
