Seems like a decent deal that could prove useful. I'm in for one at $5.32 shipped; thanks OP.

CR2032 batteries kill the deal (at least for me). But thanks for the 'hats up' on this deal, regardless. : )

BTW, I have 2 LED-lit baseball caps (similar to the one pictured). But they run on 2 (or it may be 3?) AAA batteries. I mainly use rechargeables in them (and the 'rechargeable issue' is yet another reason I would avoid using most 'coin-type' battery powered products - especially if there exists another option that utilizes 'standard batteries').

Why not just a headlamp or the clip on headlight made for ballcap rims that both use AAA batteries giving you option for rechargeable batteries, this is cr2032 that are disposable and don't last long, total waste of money and ewaste. edit lol got beat to same reply by listverse

Do you people even wear a hat....if you were a hat or did anything where you needed light in front of you in the dark you would know that this is not a good idea. you wind up bending your head towards where you need to live constantly... Get a headlamp...

So there's a minute population that thinks this is useful...... Still not FP!!!

if you ran at night,
you would probably be investing in more than a $5 hat.

I guess it is used for blind the surveillance cameras. A discovery document talked about it long time ago.

To be truly effective in blinding surveillance cameras, there needs to be a mix of IR LEDs as well.
