Pretty good deal if you are looking for tires. If you use their credit card, I believe there is additional savings. Continental is offering a $70 rebate all month long with Michelin $110 rebate for just June 8th part of the sale. Great deal on them if you like Michelin tires. There are additional promotions posted in the link below.

These are stackable.

Personally, I have had excellent luck Continental Pure Contact tires.

Top cash back is giving 6 % on DTD. Just throwing it out in case anyone benefits.

Can anyone recommend a tire in the size of 245 40 r19 ? I have heard they are more expensive odd size. I have also heard you can size up safely and pay less not sure the veracity of such statements.

I was able to stack both the price adjustment "flash sale" promotion and the $110 rebate for Michelin tires at America's Tire.

Here is my process.
- On 5/29 discount tire was running the same flash sale promo. I called my local America's Tire. They honored the price and ordered the tires. Note I did not have to pay for the tires until the install.
- Since I was not in a hurry to get the install I had the tires installed this past Friday 6/5. Luckily the $110 Michelin rebate was still available.
- The $110 rebate was submitted online Friday. On Sunday I got an email notification that the rebate was approved. (NOTE: if you are getting Michelin tires note that the $110 rebate ends today 6/8. I think the rebate for Michelin drops to $70 after today)

Hmmm probably going to bite on a set of the Michelin Pilot Sport 4S. On the flash sale page they are under the $100 instant savings, but I only get $80 off once I add to cart. So the question is.... Is it worth a call to customer support for $20?

Also does anyone know if I take these tires to a Discount Tire store to install, will they charge more since I didn't buy them directly from the store?

EDIT: Talked to customer support (after waiting on hold for 30 mins) and they matched the $100 off for the Pilot Sport 4S and said the $80 that I was seeing in my cart was a "glitch". I could either purchase over the phone or have them send a PayPal request. Either way, this means I can't get the cashback Frown

I will say that if you are interested in certificates for your tires it might be worth a call - I declined the certificates and the sales rep offered 25% off the certificates (4 certs for the price of 3) because he said they had "leeway to take some $ off if I purchase certificates". I still declined, but for anyone out there that really wants them, you could probably save some money by calling customer service - just be prepared to wait on hold.

I was looking to change my tires on my 2015 Ram with original tires Goodyear Wrangler sr-a p265/70r17 and truck has 40k miles and tires are already the factory wear mark or even lower than that. So not sure but at that miles the tires did not last , i got the truck at 7k miles. So at this point i will be not getting the Goodyears anymore.
I am looking at Michelin with very low Ride Noise,etc...

I notice that one of the neighbors just replaced his tires (2006-2008 Ram 1500,same size tire) with Michelin - X LT A/S from costco but i can't see the price as is out of stock here in my zip code
https://tires.costco.com/Product?...=70&rim=17

I also was looking at this:
Michelin - Defender LTX M/S
https://tires.costco.com/Product?...=70&rim=17
$206/per tire
Also Americas Tire
https://www.americastire.com/buy-...-ltx-m-s#/
has the tire for the price (for my need it size) but no discounts, plus i like their warranty that you can buy for extra protection for later.

Tirerack is more money than discount tire, costco, etc., plus the extra install fees not included.

Will have to make a decision on this .
I have the Michelin Defender LTX on my 4Runner and find them anything but quiet.

What if they are doing a tread warranty. Can you get warranty + DT discount + Michelin discount? Set of Michelin's is like $700, but closer to $400 with warranty.

I'd need someone else to back me on this, but I don't think they do alignments. They balance tires, yes, but never have they offered to align them for me in 21 years of being a customer, at various stores.
Thanks
Checking for alignment deals as need to get that (there is irregular wear) on the current tires.
So with new tires I need to get alignment done

Okay. So I got a price quote from Costco. Went to discount. They price matched on a better set of Michelin tires and did the pro rate I needed on them right there. $620 out the door for 4 new tires. $208 pro rate, and $110 rebate, $200 per tire price and discount on installation. Originally ~$990 before all discounts. Got Michelin premieres for crossover suv

I bought a set of 4 Goodyear tires on the last discount tire direct sale on SD, shipped them directly to americas tire and called the store to give them a heads up they were on the way. Called them again when tracking showed they arrived to set up a next day install. $85.79 was my out the door cost for install and took about 45 minutes. I also had them replace the TPMS in all 4 tires as the vehicle is 10 years old and 1 of the TPMS had died already so I figured the rest were right behind.
$85 included new TPMS?

In SF Bay they do, I bought a set from discount and went to Americas tire to have them mounted. When I paid the sales person told me next time that I should just call him and he will gladly match the price.
Which Americas tire location you always go to and how much they charge to mount/balance?

Also if pm with America tires this rebate still applies?
