What is the least expensive way to use this with a cell service? I live in the country with no broadband or internet services?

That's a tough one to answer because I have 0 idea what cellular services are provided in your country. Sorry. Maybe if you post your country, someone may be able to help.

The he meant rural as opposed to outside the US (unless I am missing the snark?)

I bought the 7 piece kit from Costco for the same price. Then added in the outdoor solar HD cam for $113 (off the ring website since they give 20% additional discount to healthcare workers).

I was with ADT for 15 years but once they increased my bill to $54/month, I gave them the boot ..and it was a pain in the ass to get it cancelled.

Took me an hour to get the Ring installed and set up. Have it for 3 weeks now and got on the $10/month monitoring. If you are in CA, you have to have a alarm permit (I pay $50/year to the PD).

Really no issues. Mobile app works 100%. I can be 2 hours drive away from home and get full notifications if my front door is open, kids go out, etc.

Only setup advice I'd give is when you are setting the sensors up, set it up one by one ..do NOT try to set it all up at the same time..it messes things up. Motion sensor works excellent as well for indoors.

Only regret I have is I didn't get this sooner!!

Costco doesnt currently offer the new system, and the old system also doesnt have the on keypad panic buttons.

Just in case some people don't know - you can hold the * and # buttons on the original keypad for a few seconds for Panic. Not as nice as a dedicated button, but it still works.
