This is a great set for diy home owners. You don't really need the fuel versions of this.

Don't be, the fuel rocks. Especially the impact. The self tapping mode is actually amazing.

If you got the deal with the ratchet I'd grab this deal too, keep the hackzall multi tool and a battery. Maybe even the light if that floats your boat.

You could easily flip the non fuel drill and impact with a couple of batteries and a charger for 100

Got this deal a few months ago from HD for $250 when it was posted last time. I rather have the ratchet over the sawzall though. I have put this set through a few projects now and every tool has worked great. Impact is capable of driving 3+in lag bolts into studs without any issues. Batteries last a long time. The multi tool is the only one that depletes them faster than anything else but more than enough time to get most things done on one battery, and you have 3 of them. Have not picked up my 20v set since.

Need a great gift for Father's Day or new homeowner just starting out with no power tools? Look no further, this is it.

Too bad the ratchet is not included instead of the flashlight. Still, this will likely sell out at this price.

Whoa, this is the combo you want! M12 regular is still great stuff compared to FUEL, then throw in multi-tool and 3 batteries? Multi-tool is way more handy than circular saw around the house. I was surprised how much I use it for all kinds of random small cutting and carving. Slap a sanding head on there and now it's a vibrating sander too.

Jesus. Can I just burn my M18 stuff already...

Where do you flip tools? No buyers on craigslist in my area.

The M12 oscillating/multi tool is a dealbreaker for me. It's one of the only milwaukee tools with bad reviews. The battery contacts get damaged after a short time and the tool fails, it's a design flaw. If you could get this kit with ratchet instead of multi it'd be a better deal.

Agree M12 regular are great tools, i have M18 fuel versions of all these and find myself using the m12 frequently because they're super light and can fit in a small toolbag.

I sold the hackzall and charger on the 'bay and recouped some $.

Try offerup, local Facebook buy sell trade pages or five-mile. You'll get a couple of low ballers but it sells. Alternatively regift the stuff you don't need for fathers day or birthdays. That way you can always borrow it 😂

Wish away, my friend. That "freebie" of a flashlight will never be swapped for a $150 bare tool at this price point. I picked up one of the previous m12 deals just to snag one, myself! Now I have a spare surge driver that I didn't need, lol.
