Bear in mind these are not your classic wool suits. Cotton will always look more informal, even in dark colors. You also probably can't tailor it, and it won't last heavy use for years like a good wool suit. But hey, if you want a inexpensive cotton suit—good for summer/outdoor events—then by all means, go for it.
Just a quick FYI with the math:
If you get right to a total of $250 before the coupons/taxes, you would save 40% after the coupon versus the 33% right at the $150+ total. The further you get from these totals, the lower the percentage savings become with how these coupons work out to. So if you can, add stuff to get to the $250 mark for the best deal. If you have the patience and time to return the extra fillers, then the $163 full suit @ 40% off comes out to $97.80 before taxes. Hope that helps 🙂
Thanks! Needed a new blazer.

One thing I'd like to mention, when trying to pay with PayPal the app kept asking for expiration date. I had get on my desktop and deleted my CC on file. Then was able use PayPal.

The tailor part is incorrect. I bought a suit for express a while back for an event I had and had no problems tailoring the pants and the jacket.

My Express suits just arrived today from the deal last week and the Slim Fit fits pretty well, maybe a little more snug on the jacket.
The material is on par with other similar priced brands.
For what I paid, I have no complaints.

I'm not sure which suit did you get but I do agree that wool-blend is better than cotton-blend.

Although cotton is a better material for summer, this jacket is fully lined (I'm going to assume polyester) so breathability/sweat might still be a concern if you're planning on using it outdoors in the summer.
