While looking at the Back & Yellow HDX Garage Shelfs Home Depot has on sale for $35 this father's day, I saw they have the grey version even cheaper at $29.98 (33% off).
Only difference I can see besides color is the grey is 2" shorter.
Reviews seem really positive too with 4 1/2 stars, 91% recomended.

I just got 2 of the black and yellow for $40. Shame I already set them up and put them where they're staying. Inside a deck storage room. These will have to go to my downstairs storage room. Then i can stop using my old desk tables to store stuff on haha.

Don't do it guys.

I regret buying anything plastic for shelving no matter how cheap.
I have ones rated for 150 pounds and they have bowed without any load on them at all.
Plastic is easy to put together, but you are limited on what you can place on them.

Stick to the steel wire frame shelving. They cost more, take longer to assemble but will last a lifetime and there is no worry about what you can load on them. They will take most household abuse.

Picked mine up tonight and put it together in a couple min. It feels very sturdy for being plastic. I was honestly expecting a lot less. Good deal!
I'm not able to put the caps in place. They keep popping off because they don't fit into the poles when the top shelf is in. Am I crazy?

Maybe you have the longer caps which means they are legs for the shelves - you have it backwards.

No, the longer ones I put on the bottom so that the shelf is like 1 inch off the ground

Top looks like https://imgur.com/a/fdIxhrN

There's no way for the caps to fit on that

Can't be certain, but it looks like you make have the rods upside down. Unfortunately, they fit both ways. I had to reassemble mine because I was being a man and didn't read the assembly instructions.

Lol I'll look at it in a bit. I tried reversing and it didn't fit, that's why I asked. I guess I just need to push harder.

No one should downvote you for a question. There is a diagram on the inside of the HDX packaging. Let me know if you can't find it and I'll PM you a pic of mine.

Maybe you should rotate the cap until it fits.

The poles were reversed. Thanks. They just weren't lining up well and the imperfections were making it hard to push in. Had to kinda screw a couple into place. Thanks. Feel like a fool haha

If you know you will never put anything heavy on them, perfect. (Like anyone could even know that).

Unless it's a shelf emergency, I'd hold off on a sale or splurge on the various metal non sagging alternatives.
