Thanks. Picked up side tables and chairs. Was wondering how the 12x12 canopy compares to the Coleman Costco one at the same price.

Do you have a link for the Coleman, I don't see it on Costco's website?

13x13 for $10 dollars more. Might be cheaper in store. https://www.costco.com/coleman-13...94980.html

I can't compare directly between the Costco and Ace versions but my buddy has the Coleman version and it's nice, especially compared to my standard 10x10 pop-ups. That additional 3 feet makes a difference.

I'd go with the Costco version for the extra size and ease of returning if you have any issues...

A few things to consider when buying canopies (in my opinion)

- cheaper the better... because your canopy will not last that long anyway

- smaller the better.... because the bigger it is, the more wind that it catches and the more likely it will crap out quicker. One strong gust might not dismantle the whole thing but could severely bend one arm and mess up whole thing.

- these days, I always buy the 8x8 slant legs for around $39 when on sale. I buy 2 at once and set them up side by side to create a really strong setup and coverage would equal 8x16!!

Where are you trying these $39 canopies when on sale?

I own 2 of these and they fold up for storage. They are pretty comfortable but they only issue I have is one of the chairs arm rest lock doesn't always stay locked. The lock is what keeps you from leaning back too far. While laying back in the chair, the lock wiggles loose and eventually you'll start leaning forward, like trying to sit you in an upright position. It's easy enough to reset the lock, just annoying.
The other chair is solid and I do like the chairs. Also, it held up great being stored on a deck for a summer, then in a shed for the winter. Color still looks great and plastic isn't brittle.

Dicks sporting goods has the 10x10's for 39.98. I just bought one to make a paint booth.

its slant and not straight leg so you lose some footage up top but it works for me.
