50 of those "pieces" are drywall anchors and screws.
Use torx or square head screws. Haven't used Phillips head screws for projects like this for years.

Seems like a good deal. I already bought the 70 piece set. Not sure if I want another set.

This has got to be the strangest set yet. It looks like the drill bits come in *half* a case. Do they really only include the back/right half of the case?

I got the impact sets separately about 2 months ago. First use one of the #2 Philips heads sheared on driving into a stud.
Thankfully these were gifts and I've got decent "first line" sets. These will be good backups

That doesn't inspire any confidence in them being the backup set Stick Out Tongue

I hate sets like this. It looks like a lot but basically it's a bunch of the same thing which means they break a lot. This is a crap set just like most of the Dewalt sets you see in here

Same thing happened to me when building a raised garden bed. Went through 3 heads for 12 screws.

The Dewalt Maxfit 105pc set is better at $20 since this has a a bunch of screws.

Are the DeWalts any better for durability, the range of bits and drivers, or anything? Even factoring in 50 screws, that makes it around 90 bits for $15 vs 105 bits for $20.
There's also the ryobi set w/o drill bits 70 piece for $13. Obviously the "142 piece" thing is a marketing come on but even w/ the screw count, the bucks per bit ratio seems OK.
The decider for me would be whether there's any notable difference in quality.
