Wouldn't work for me. Got an error saying the information I entered is incorrect (it's correct...).

Also odd that it doesn't show up in the app like most of these do but maybe it will on July 1st, when this promo starts.

Pretty useless if you're a Prime member with the Chase Prime Visa card. I hope they add another category over the summer.

Looks like my Chase card will sit in the filing cabinet for the next three months.

I'd rather get 5X in UR pts than just 5% cash back. It's worth more. At minimum you can redeem it the same, but if you travel and use their travel partners the pts are worth more. If you have a CSP or CSR they're worth more just by using the portal.

Bummer for me. Downside of having Prime Visa. Guess I'll settle for Discover 5% on Paypal purchases.

It's UR though. Depending on your card setup, you can already squeeze 1.5x redemption on "groceries" until September, making it easily 7.5x base. Prime card is it's own point accumulation bucket.

As someone in the ecosystem, this is a huge plus. This is useless if you're not running CSP/CSR and have no future intention of doing so, yes.

It's not useless without the CSP/CSR. I'm pretty sure the prime card is straight cash back so it's just a straight 5%, there's no way to convert the rewards to anything worth more like in the UR system. CSP/CSR makes is worth even MORE, but it's still more valuable than a straight 5% back if you have any interest in using it for travel.

Yes. Some of us struck out on this one as most of us have Prime Visa. But good for those who don't. Off topic, I just got Discover this year so they match the 5% bonus category. Does anyone know if we are able to buy Amazon GC through PayPal? TIA.

Another crappy offering with categories that overlap with other Chase products.

I'm not sure why some people are saying this is crappy.

Activated here! I order plenty of stuff from Amazon. 5% cash back is not bad at all.
