Better price I have seen on a unique combo. I need just these two tools and the circular saw alone is usually $130 when on sale. Throw in the drill and two batteries/charger for another $50 and it seems like a helluva deal.

This saw is ok, it binds easy when off track which is easy to do from the rear handle. It allso seems to have a clutch as the motor will still spin but blade stops. Still a decent and handy tool but not as an only saw

Been looking for this saw recently, missed the previous deal at $99. Looking for a cordless that is more compact than my huge worm saw. This deal is not quite as good as the HD combo which included an impact for $199 last month, but still a pretty good deal. The drill kit is going for $65-$80 on eBay, $99 retail at HD if anyone is curious. TU, I'm gonna consider it!

I got one on a deal earlier in the year and it is a great saw for specific purposes. As noted, it should not be your only saw but I built some garden decorative benches using inexpensive dog eared boards and it was perfect for this purpose. I actually have another version (company) of this that is corded and I was liking it, but then I saw the cordless as I was jumping around and doing ad hoc cuts and the cord was a hassle. Good saw.

On light jobs, there are times when you need to cut just to trim or other adjustments. If you build fencing, I'd always have one of these hanging off my belt or close at hand for sure.
