For those who didnt know, there are reusable ac filters too.

Here is a K&N filter one. Same company that makes filters for cars.

I like these. They aren't the finest filter, but I think it's a great compromise between the super cheap and the ultra expensive. Too fine of a filter can restrict air flow of your furnace so I'm careful to not go overboard. I think a MERV of 8 like these or 11 is as high as I go. I do change mine once a month rather than every 3 months. Be aware, this deal runs pretty regularly, so if you don't need any in the next couple of months, this deal will return. I just put my last filter in so I'll be ordering them.

No 15x20. Damn "odd" sizes. Can buy a 4 pack for $36 though. (◔_◔)

FYI, according to the product info, this corresponds to a MERV 8.

I normally buy the cheap 3-packs for $9-10 and change it monthly. Wonder if it's worth it at all to step up to something like this.

I bought two different sizes when this same deal was offered previously. They don't fit well, they are undersized, which means a lot of air gets through around the edges of the filter.
Maybe everyone else has better luck, but this was my experience.

I wouldn't use these. I personally think a Merv 8 is a little on the high end.

The AC will be out of commission while the filter is being cleaned and dries completely. I can see how someone on the house turns on the AC without the filter because they aren't the ones cleaning or forgot.
