Get a line of Unlimited for $0/mo. and see the savings add up — that's over $400 a year! Keep your free line for as long as you're a customer: https://www.sprint.com/en/landing...on-us.html

Who is eligible for the Unlimited Line On Us promotion?
Existing Sprint customers who:
Joined Sprint prior to 6/17/2020.
Have an eligible plan.
Have at least one active voice line.
Are eligible to add a line of service on their account.

What plan is available with this promotion?
This line comes with the Unlimited Line On Us Plan which provides Unlimited talk, text and SD video streams at up to 480p, music at up to 500 Kbps, and gaming at up to 2 Mbps. During congestion, the small fraction of customers using more than 50GB/mo. may notice reduced speeds until next bill cycle due to data prioritization. Unlimited data on our network.

Is the line really free?
Yes! With this promotion, there is no monthly service plan charge!

How long is the line free?
The monthly service plan charge for the line remains $0/mo. for the life of the line and requires you to keep all current phone lines on your account active through June 30, 2021. Any modifications to your account, such as cancelling an existing line, changing plans on your account or transferring lines to another account may make you ineligible to continue receiving the Unlimited Line On Us Plan.

Why do I have to pay monthly taxes and fees when I don't have an active phone?
Your reserved line is just like any other line and therefore subject to standard fees and taxes even though you are not actively using the service.

How long do I have to activate a phone on my free line?
As long as you need! We'll keep the line active until you are ready to activate a phone, but why wait? Add a phone and start using your FREE Unlimited today!
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

Its right there in the FAQ

How long is the line free?

Any modifications to your account, such as cancelling an existing line, changing plans on your account or transferring lines to another account may make you ineligible to continue receiving the Unlimited Line On Us Plan.

In general business plans are not eligible for this promotion.

Taxes and fees are still required on the free line. This will vary depending on your location.

Leases and installment plans on devices are not allowed.

******

Some are now able to add the free line on SWAC, Kickstart, and Everything Data plans. YMMV.

I was on an old SERO plan. Got an email for the line promo but I wasn't able to add the free line. CSR helped me convert to SWAC so I'll save a lot of money.

Going through the rest of the thread still - is this promo working with SWAC accounts?
Yes, it's still working with SWAC accounts. Ask for your SWAC conversion to be effective immediately rather than the next bill cycle to be safe if you haven't done so already before adding the new line.

Activate online and then when it fails, like it usually does go to the store and have them activate it.
Does it have to be a Sprint corporate store or will any retail store work? The retail stores normally don't give a shit unless they sell you a phone.

Yes. This was my email reply a few hours later.

Upon reviewing the request I am showing that you do not qualify. In
order to qualify for new Advantage Club creation you will require an
active employee sponsor. If you have an active employee sponsor in mind,
please advise them to send you the Advantage Club (SWAC) invitation to
get the process started.
How did you get SERO in the first place?

Thanks, Repped. I sent them an email to do that. Once the conversion is completed, does adding the unlimited line work online or still have to call in?

If you are buying device with full price, you are eligible for the free line.
I just tried that. The best plan option is the $35 Kickstart plan and in the cart it shows $35.00 Monthly. Not free.

Thanks. Is today the last day for the promo? Or is that referring to the old BYOD promo?

I don't know. It's best to add the free line as soon as you can. If you don't have a phone to activate, just reserve the free line first as you can activate the free line later. There is no time limit to activate the free line, but they do charge you taxes and fees on the free line as soon as you reserve it.

No, it's a BYOD deal. So pick up any compatible unlocked phone. We just added our spare Pixel 3A from the iPhone trade-in deal last year. Had the $25 unlimited plan, now have 2 unlimited lines for $25/mo
No it is not. The free line offer is eligible if you pay full price on any of their phones on their website as well.

I personally had to call in to telesales (866-275-1411) to have them add the line for me as I got an error when trying to add it online. I did get the email about the offer for what it's worth.

If you pay full retail price for a new phone, you are technically bringing your own device, since you now own the phone.

Got it, thanks. But I didn't port my number back in yet - was told I should wait 45 days so sprint forgets it. Hopefully I can do it then

Looks like you may have to lease a phone for that $50 port in promo, which you can't do for this free line promo. Submit the promo anyhow and hope it goes true. Worst they can do is to deny it or send someone to our home and spank us. Stick Out Tongue
