I waited till the receipt of a purchase from this seller to confirm what I suspected and make this post. These are more of the same Amazon-direct refurbs that were earlier being sold through Wish.com and Woot, though via a different re-seller. As with the ones I purchased through Wish, these come in a sealed Amazon box with the sticker sealing the box listing the Kindle Voyage. While the condition is listed as good in the seller's listing (as it was in the Wish and recent Woot listing), in my experience, the kindle received is like the other 2 Voyages I've received in this kind of box: a few scuff marks on the back, but with a pristine front-screen. Unlike the two received via Wish, this Voyage does *not* have 3G connectivity (a useless addition given the impending demise of 3G in the US). Like the ones I received through Wish, this does *not* have special offer advertisements on it, despite the mention of such in the listing.
This is all to say that I believe Amazon is offloading a bunch of well-kept Kindle Voyages via their trade-in program, and this is just another batch available for sale. Importantly, I also think it is a crap-shoot as to whether you will get a WiFi-only version or one with 3G baked-in, and whether the device has Special Offers or not. Nonetheless, $59.99 for a Kindle that many say still presents the most contrast of all current and prior Kindle devices, is a Slickdeal (at least in my opinion).
