Just a follow up to my experience -

They do not include any subscription. They say new, but the box was not shrinkwrapped. I don't know if these are open box returns or they opened it to remove the subscription sheet. Earphones looked new to me, but you can't really tell. Just tried them and the sound is decent. I'd say worth more than the current price on sound alone. Build quality was nice too. That said, either I received a defective pair or the bluetooth sucks on this one. Was demoing them while washing dishes and every time I turned my head to the right, the sound cut off or got distorted. Phone was in my pocket so it's not even far away from the earphones. Don't have this issue with any other pair of bluetooth headphones I own. These are going back.

Got two, received today. No shrink wrap but sticker is in there appears to be security. Have tried one. Great feeling quality, very good sound and fit and accessories. Far worth the 9.99

I just received mine. Definitely look to be brand new. It is definitely a very nice presentation with the boxing. Holding the headset, pushing the buttons, and removing the charging cap all have the feeling of excellent build quality.

The sound quality, however, is not the best. At first, I thought something was wrong with them. But after listening to them for a while, I feel it is now acceptable. Just a little underwhelming considering everything else.

Update #2. Still very happy. Small print on app sign up page says to contact support for special offer. I did so and received a free year of the app. Still won't be running but I guess I could if I wanted to now. FYI

Got my pair today.

50% charge right out of the box.

Sound is excellent, plenty of bass.

Lots of different tips to find your fit.

Brand new, the box has a seal you have to cut to open it.

Test your bass quality here:

The sound is AMAZING on these. Just for you guys to know where I'm coming from, I usually buy the cheap $10 and $20 headphone from Family Dollar.

Please don't shoot me, I really didn't know any better! 🤣

The sound quality on these are out of this WORLD! For $10????? They would be worth it at FULL PRICE. Not to mention the design, quality, bluetooth function that WORKS. These are AMAZING!

I think I will spring for above $50 headphones in the future. I REALLY didn't know that price makes a difference. Thank you OP and SD!!!

I wonder if mine are defective? While the sound quality is AMAZING, I get ZERO base from these, except for the small amount that I get when I turn them on. (Owners of the headphones will know what I mean)

If you hear the bass woosh when you turn them on, you know they are working.

Do you have some EQ setting maybe accidentally turned on in your phone ? Do you have "HD Audio" turned on in the Vi bluetooth settings while connected?

I bought two sets and they have a ton of bass on my One+ 6t phone, my Pioneer XDP100, and my woman's Moto Z4

Try this track in Firefox mobile or Spotify:

I turned HD Audio on, still no help. I mean, I hear "a little bit" of bass, but nothing serious. I even played a track on my phone's music player with extreme bass EQ Lol. I mean bass is "present", but not Earth shattering in any regard. I probably would not hear it if walking around outside for example.

Also, when I turn my head to my right shoulder, the volume automatically cuts in half. When I look forward, it returns to normal volume. Does that happen to yours?

That explains the bass problem too.

You have the wrong size ear tips installed.

My very first pair of in ear monitors (SHURE IEMs) had weak bass and would cut volume if I turned my head all the way to the left.

I called them and they said to use the smallest tips, and tuck them a hair deeper into the ear canal. Totally worked.

Even though I'm a big guy 6'6", apparently I have small ear holes, lol

Bro, THANK YOU. That was totally it!!!! When I first read your comment, I admit, I was like "what the heck's he talking about?" Literally just now I pushed the earbuds all the way into the ear canal. I had no freaking idea that they were supposed to be in this deep!!! it's kind of funny thinking that the base just seeps out like air if the buds aren't in deep enough!!! But this totally worked and I hear the base now, THANK YOU!!!
