Honestly, if the fan isn't Noctua or BeQuiet (silent wings anyway) I don't buy anymore. Too many years dealing with crappy loud Corsair fans. No more.

Most of my experiences were from fans suddenly stop working, screws missing, or becoming loud within a few months of operation. One day, however, I was assembling my niece's PC when I opened one of the boxes of the brand new corsair fans I had bought from a bundle just like this. Right as I opened the box and pick up a fan, the blade fell right off. There I am sitting there like a complete jackass meditating upon why I bothered buying these again. I had put them away out of anger but later decided to return. I can't stand these things. Just enough is enough, Corsair. Up your damn quality standards.

Another example of RGB tax. I would prefer 3x Noctua NFA12x25 and an addressable RGB strip. Noctua one can run 2000rpm but still manage quieter than this one.

Hands down Noctua makes the best fans. They are ugly though.

Hahaha, while I didn't have experience matching yours, I can attest to the fact that Corsair fans are noisy af. I prefer BeQuiet, Noctua, and Phanteks.

It wouldn't be so bad if there were other poop colored components readily available. The fact there aren't much is what makes the ugly colors stand out so much. In a way, it's good advertising I guess.... It's ugly and unmistakably Noctua.

I'm pretty sure they also make black fans now.

They make black and grey ones now. But I think some of the High end ones are still only in the brown and beige colors. I like them but it def doesn't go with most peoples color schemes

Agreed on them being "unique" with their signature dark/light brown color schemes.

Thankfully, they have released the "chromax.black" line with an all-black color scheme, and the "redux" line of grey products.

I personally am waiting for them to release all-white fans. Per the official roadmap on their website (source: https://noctua.at/en/product-roadmap) [noctua.at], looks like it is tentatively 4Q2020.

I'll have to agree with the quality issue comments. I bought 2 additional RGB fans to go with the 3 in my 500D RGB case, and one of the 2 extra fans I bought, the color quit working right after about 18mos. When I checked Corsair RMA, they expect you to pay to ship it in for a problem they created. What a joke.

I got the fan on a deal at $20 (the LL120, so a "quality fan"), the shipping cost and hassle of dealing with Corsair was deemed not worth fixing it (the fan is installed on my CPU cooler, so I can't just go without it either). Since the fan still spins, I'll just use it the way it is and not buy any more fan products from them.

I've got 6 Corsair ML120 fans in my build and they are pretty quite, on top of the 3 that are in my Corsair H150i Pro that are pretty quite as well.

Interesting, but not Quiet enough for my taste. There is pretty quiet and Noctua Quier. Once you go Poop colored fans you don't go back.
