Aren't these $35 every day at petco?

Also, I'd buy these from Chewy way before I would Amazon. My sister got medicine for her dog from Chewy and he unfortunately had to be put down for unrelated causes. Chewy returned the medicine that wasn't used and they sent her flowers for her loss. Amazon isn't going to do that for anyone.
Research elevated dog bowls. I've read that they can cause air to get trapped inside the stomach which then can become fatal. It's called gastric dilatation and volvulus (GDV).
According to the study, "approximately 20 and 52% of cases of GDV (bloat) among the large breed and giant breed dogs, respectively, were attributed to having a raised feed bowl." This is a very alarming conclusion, and if true, would be strong reason to avoid the use of elevated feeders in large and giant breed dogs.

Thanks got one. Have a Doberman puppy well 10 months old now and such a mess. Was trying to find slow feed dog bowls in stainless steel but can't seem to find any that fit in these types of systems. Having to use a plastic one now or else his food is gone in 20 seconds and then big water gulps and drips it all over the floor. Hoping this helps.

My rottie has a small bottom jaw and makes an absolute mess when taking a drink. Got this a couple years ago & it's been fantastic.

These aren't raised very high, so I think the conclusion about these would hinge on how high they were in the study. Having said that, my cat lives to clank the bowls around in the holder or knock the top portion off of the lower tray. Also, don't forget to clean the bottom regularly - dropped food and water makes a nasty slurry. We stopped using the water bowl for our cat - she's now spoiled with a fountain.

Just noticed, Amazon [amazon.com] also has the large dog feeder in Cappuccino for $29.99. Only 8 left in stock. Now OOS, can still place an order.

Petco's [petco.com] price is $59.99 for the large, $34.99 for the small. That's impressive customer service by Chewy.

My puppy had a bad habit of tipping over her water bowl. This feeder fixed it since she can't tip it over anymore. She would still paw and splash the water, but at least a good amount of the water stays within the feeder.

I got this same product last week at PetSmart for $22 after tax. I used a 30% off coupon that they sent to me via email.

I purchased one a few months ago and it's been great for our shepherd. He's a messy eater and drinker to say the least and this has made a huge difference. Cleanup is a breeze and as some have pointed out, it's not raised uncomfortably high for him. I would highly recommend at this price!

We have one, and for anyone worried about the height, it really isn't much further off the floor than the bowls were before. It's honestly just less mess, and easy to clean.
