Resident Evil 3 is set amidst the nightmarish outbreak of the T-virus, a biological weapon developed by the pharmaceutical company Umbrella Corporation. The game marks the debut of Nemesis – a towering humanoid bioweapon designed for both brutality and high-functioning intelligence – whose dogged hunt of S.T.A.R.S. member Jill Valentine made him an icon of the Resident Evil™ series. Armed with an arsenal of high-powered weaponry and wrapped in a black suit to hide his mutilated features, Nemesis will maim, pulverize or destroy any obstacle on the path to his target.
Jill's harrowing escape takes place in the panic-stricken hours leading up to and following the events of the acclaimed best-selling Resident Evil 2. Intense combat and puzzle solving combine to deliver the heart-pounding final chapter of Raccoon City's collapse
Complementing the action-packed single player campaign is Resident Evil Resistance, an asymmetrical 4 vs. 1 multiplayer game originally unveiled as a working title at Tokyo Game Show earlier this year. As the Mastermind behind the scenes, players can assume the role of key Resident Evil characters like Annette Birkin in a series of deadly experiments. Manipulate the environment and wield a deck of cards to place vicious creatures, set traps and weaponized security cameras to snare hapless Survivors. A first for the franchise, Masterminds can even directly control elite bioweapons like G-Birkin and Tyrant. In turn, four Survivors must effectively work together, making the most of a variety of weapons and each player's unique special abilities, to stand a chance of escaping the experiment before time runs out.

Good price. I am still finishing RE-2. Hopefully RE3 will be under 20 in next two months.

Getting closer to what a 6 hour story game should be.

Are you trying to say that any game that has

1-2 hour of gameplay = $3.99
3-4 hours of gameplay = $6.99
5-6 hours of gameplay = $9.99

Regardless of whether it first, second, third party title, age, console exclusivity, genre, popularity, developer's reputation and such?

I'm trying to get your logic here....
They sold this game for $60 at release knowing it only takes 6 hours to beat and that's not even rushing through it. I just won't ever support that type of greed. They even cut parts from the original. Then you get other amazing titles that have 35+ hour campaigns like RDR2. That's the type of game you don't regret buying.

I enjoyed the game even though it got hate.

But, I wouldn't buy it for more than $15 (I borrowed it).

RE2 on the other hand is worth full retail price (I think that started off at $40?).

I am talking from the POV of someone who doesn't play multiplayer, who is a RE fan but hasn't finished the original 0 and 3 (People that loved the original 3 got burned).

Gotta be one of the most disappointing games of the year for me. Re2 was perfect loved it. So when this was announced I was excited but it sucks and it was too short. I beat the game in 4.5 hours while taking my time exploring and stuff. It's very easy and obvious where to go next. Main boss was cool initially but became lame later. Hold till a better price

Most disappointing game of this year for me. Was so excited for it but ended up taking another go at the original RE3. Probably will pick this up if it hits bellow 15, whenever.

The game holds your hand the entire way, it's not like RE2, good graphics interesting enough story... But not the RE you're probably expecting. maybe $20...

Call me crazy, but I'd love if games were shorter on the whole so I can start clearing out my backlog... 35+ hours sounds like a no to me lol

It's a good game, but they should have sold it as an RE2 expansion.
