Are these easy to use in store? For some reason the Taco Bell closest to me disabled online ordering after the pandemic started. Not worth it if the cashiers won't know how to handle these.

Edit: nevermind, I see the terms say online or mobile orders only.

The terms say mobile/online ordering only. Just order using the app, much easier that way.

Yep, I see that now. Unfortunately I can't use the app to order because my local Taco Bell disabled online ordering. No idea why and they are the only one in the area that did so.

I bought 200 of cards giving me $40 of bounus, The first 5 cards went through fine, then the last 5 wouldn't add to my account, they said "invalid PIN".....I like TB but their website and app are hopeless.
Now I have to contact them via email.

TL;DR...I suggest you use Amex just in case.

I'm still pissed at them over the time I tried one of their GC promotions. Yes I like free bonus cards, just not through the TB GC seller ever again.Buy $10 and get $5 Bonus E-Card. Unbelievable hassles. Read some of the complaints in that thread for examples.

The GC seller was not actually Taco Bell, so when I needed help, Taco Bell Customer service referred me to the GC seller, who referred me to Taco Bell customer service. I felt like a ping-pong ball!
After several rounds of this, I contacted my CC issuer. They kept saying once I bought GC's, I was responsible, so they would not approve a chargeback. Ordinarily that makes sense, but this was a situation that warranted it. I think I had finally convinced them to approve the chargeback, then TB acted like they were coming through, so I thought I had confirmed that and reversed the chargeback. Oops. TB then said I didn't pay and reversed helping me or something as bad if I am misremembering. I do not want to reread the nightmare.
Wished I had used Amex. They are very good at having your back. I suggest anyone with Amex uses it for this promotion as a precaution and wish you the best of luck.

I hope things have changed, as far as TB accepting responsibility for these promos if/when things go wrong, but I do not feel like giving them another chance. When you can't even get access to spend the OOP GC funds that is unacceptable. BTW, the bonus cards were not the only issue, but also at that time (unlike this promo) you could only use the bonus cards in the app. No big deal if they work, just less flexibility, even if they worked.

I am having massive hassles with the 5 dollar cards.
I contacted via Twitter and its "should be fixed now! Login again"

NO...it doesn't. I said "reissue me some then" and they won't. Truly pathetic
