Output: DC 5V/3A, 9V/3A, 12V/2.5A, 15V/2A, 20V/1.5A, 30W max

Good specs with 5 important PDO's and why it is a better choice than the 18 watt version.

If your device or portable battery charger bank is not charging as fast as you think it should read the numbers printed on your current wall charger. Then read the numbers or look up the PDO's your device or portable battery can accept.

The wall charger must be capable of at least as many Amps for each voltage the device requires to get the fastest charging. i.e. Your device requires 5V/2A , 9V/2A. This wall charger offers 3A at those voltages which is equal to or better than what the device requires.
The power delivery device will only accept what it needs.

Typical uses for this wall charger: phones, chromebooks while in use, portable battery banks with 30 watts or less max input for fastest refill, some tablets and small laptops, cameras, charging higher wattage devices like laptops in sleep mode only.

30W is a bit of a no man's land for PD chargers. No phone I know of can do >18W without a proprietary charger (i.e. not this one), and laptop compatibility is spotty with chargers under 60W. Even if your laptop will accept this, it'll charge slowly, or possibly discharge under heavy use. Get a 18W for portability, or a >60W for power.

Get the 90w one from Ravpower.
It has two ports and comes with a USB C cable.
You can charge laptop and phone at the same time.

Do chargers that are over 18w auto negotiate with phones to put out 18w? Or do they do weird things and fallback to using like 6 watts or something like that?
