Definitely much more than $315
These posts all become spec sheet debates lol. Get a camera and take pictures. Stop fussing over specs and sensor size and have fun. Deals will always be out there, but it's hard to go wrong with any camera made after 2015.
Picked this up from the last deal too, and after seeing my pictures I've taken with it maybe 10-15 people who follow me on Instagram purchased it after I linked them. It's my first real camera and blew all my expectations out of the water. I use the Panasonic 20mm/f1.7 lens for astrophotography and low light pics and the pictures i get with it blow everyone away. My biggest regret is not picking up this camera years ago. After purchasing it I've basically been on non-stop road trips trying to document all my favorite places I've been across the American Southwest, only this time using an actual camera instead of an iPhone. Makes an enormous difference.

Sony A6000 with Sigma prime lenses is a better option IMO... Personal preference may vary just my $0.02...

3.1 times sensor area of S20U, equals to 1.5 stops difference.
S20U roughly equals to M4/3 14mm f/3.2

Just some rough math

This is cheaper than Amazon has it with the same lens, but they do have the 2-lens kit with the same lens plus the 40-150mm lens for $449.

Bought it last time. Great portability. Very nice pictures. Does not do well in poor lighting, but that may be user error.
I'm glad I picked it up. Perfect for travel when I don't want to bring my $1,000 camera/lens.

And the Canon 6D Mark II is even better than the Sony. See how this works?

Do keep in mind the 40-150 is only $99, so just buying that lens separately on top of this deal is still better.

And it's typically available on the Olympus site refurbished at $50

Alright, I know this never ends. May be micro four thirds are just fine for video. If it is for photo I recommend APSC. I picked up couple of A6000 (for my wife too) used very good recently for $275 each and on right time sigma 30mm f1.4 went on sale for $230. I had used 5d MKIII and Sony A7iii before. Except for the battery life A6000 still rocks with great auto focus and low light performance for its price. Sigma 30 f1.4 made it even better. Two battery pack is $20 on Amazon.
