I didn't see this posted, seemed like a good deal for a slightly more capable internet and light office work machine in this form-factor.

I'm on the fence about this - how many pens is that?
Not too hot. Dell refurb has these with SSDs for the same price, on and off. But the machines are solid and it is easy to put in a SSD
The pen count is misleading, as they stuck a bunch of pencils in there.

Hard to say without a link or listing out the specs. This optiplex has an extra M2 slot for an SSD to add relatively easily.

got one on ebay for much less about a year ago (like 200ish). Can run a little loud, i have the same processor. Had mostly just used it for plex until quarantine hit - works great for my needs.

Does it matter? It'll all be lost or stolen with a month anyways.

Don't need a computer, but the pen holder looks nice. In for 3.

Yes. Everyone at my office has these small form factor Dells, and everyone has 2 monitors (some even 3). I think they use a cable that terminates in HDMI on the monitor end, and Display Port on the PC end. Best to confirm elsewhere, not my area of expertise...

This seems to be a 6th gen intel processor. Other deals I see for $200 are all 3rd or 4th gen. Will that make a big difference?
