Yeah. 20mg is really low. Let's admit these are just candy.
Can confirm. I've taken 2 1g tablets last week. So far no COVID
These are 100mg of Magnesium. My wife uses the Natural Calm brand which has 120mg of Magnesium.

She uses these for anxiety and to help her relax so she can go to sleep. They really do work, and the gummies are much nicer than the powder you mix with water. They're also a lot easier to take.

Of note: Taking too much Magnesium will relax everything, including your sphincter, which can result in diarrhea. Follow the instructions, and don't mess around with the dosing. You have been warned.

I was reading somewhere that magnesium can help fight COVID-19, Picking these up just in case.

Are these addictive for their "calming" properties?
Magnesium is a muscle relaxant, that is how it calms and help sleep better. It is essential mineral for forming bones.

Your body cannot absorb zinc easily into your cells, though zinc in general help any virus not spread easily if it is inside the cells. This is where Ionophore like HydroxyChloroquine comes into picture, it helps cells absorb zinc. But this pretty much useless if you're already in advanced stages of the virus.

You can use the plant base Ionophore such as quercetin to help your body absorb zinc. But doesn't make you immune to the virus, it just slows the spread which give your adaptive immune system time to learn to eliminate the virus.

Immunity is not the issue. Having a survivable or mild case should be more of a goal. Not arguing with you. Just thinking of prevention. After all... Wanna be on a vent or uncomfortable for a few days?
