both of which aren't what people generally call "Steel Snips" and tools 99% of homeowners will never ever have a use for.

When I do get a "your order is ready for pickup" email, after arriving at the store and waited in line, they will then send someone to pull the order from the shelves or warehouse. Isn't ready for pickup supposed to mean it's already waiting in the pickup area and not "come on in so we can keep you waiting while we go look"?
