65mg of cholesterol! Is that good for health?
Protein can actually help lower your LDL (bad cholesterol)

For a long time now its been shown that dietary cholesterol has almost no impact on blood level cholesterol.

I'm waiting for the whey protein isolate. Doesn't mess with my stomach. I'd recommend the chocolate smooth flavor.

How is this compared to Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein?

Have no idea what the price strategy is... $30 looks like a super deal, but do they just worth $30...

Their flavors are awful, so artificial and super sweet with zero sugar meaning tons of sweetening chemicals. I was nauseas after drinking it. Solution - no flavor

Cost per pound is EXACTLY the same as paying $50 per 11 pounds so it's a good deal if you need it, plain and simple

Myprotein is pretty good, I just started lifting about a year ago and been using their supplements. I used to use ON before, but they got hella expensive over the years. Idk about the science behind it but supposedly this protein is less filler than others, but I'm just taking their word... science is a liar sometimes.

Hope this helps. ymmv but you can try to add another 35% off if u make a new account here [myprotein.com].

Btw I would NOT recommend their flavored stuff, it's all sucralose garbage and tastes bad.

I love the chocolate smooth, but now only buy isolate. When it is on sale, I typically get it for $36.
This guy gets it.

Got the unflavored last deal, will never go back. Mixed in milk, it tastes like... Milk!

You have seen the light penguin!

I mix with so many things but just basic milk or almond milk and maybe a shot of vanilla extract, boom!!
