Store near me was out of most of perennials. Did Lowe's received new stock now?
Usually Thursday's they get new deliveries to be prepared for weekend rush. Went last Thursday morning at around 615am looks like they were just delivered. Shelves were still wrapped with perennials and 2/$10 hanging annuals.

Anyone have experience with the rubber mulch? Is it worth the investment or will it fade quickly like everything else in the Florida sun?

Has anyone planted garlic by using just mulch? I am tired of digging. Figure if I just use much to cover, I don't have to dig during harvest.
😂🤣 serious? Does that work?

No this is pretty good. Though the Co-Op mulch is probably better quality.

I've had good luck with the Vigiro (sp) brand...I've purchased from Lowe's in the past and have had large chunks of wood, plastic, pieces of metal. But this is only my opinion.

These no-name bags are garbage. Somehow soaking wet in the dead of summer. Fade out within the season, fungus guaranteed, absolutely no uniformity in chip size. Cheap crap is still crap and you end up paying more to redo an ugly job again and again.

I wouldn't pay more than $2/bag for this mulch. It has some very large pieces in it that you will probably want to throw out. Color is okay, but won't last anywhere close to 1 year like they say. Be sure to wear gloves since it's messy.

But for $2/bag, not a bad deal.

Got in on this deal last year to redo my mulch beds. After 1 year, most of it has blown away from storms. It seems silly to keep adding mulch just to have it blow into my grass. I've made sure to stomp / compress them down.

Anyone have suggestions on keeping the mulch in place?

The storm likely flooded the mulch onto your grass rather than blew it there, IMO. Maybe some beefier edging would help!
