Can you use this internally as a treatment? Would it interfere with disinfectant injections?

Looks like all Walmart reviews are fake. Also, you can see the review for a similar product here.

Lastly, it is $15.46 in Aliexpress

Yes, it's effective against the [insert racist name] flu, but only when used as an enema.

This one actually looks much better than the lousy led versions as it looks like it uses a fluorescent tube. Chances are it'll even be at the right wavelength to kill germs. Too many of the so called sterilizing lights available at the moment are higher wavelength (blacklight leds).

Worth a gamble on. Just be careful of excessive ozone creation around the light and from having your skin (or pets) too close to the light or you run the risk of sunburn...

So how do you know this is actually killing viruses? You just take some Chinese knock off company's word for it?

If you plan on using UV-C light as a germicidal sanitizing tool, you should not be looking at UV-C light directly otherwise it will cause eye damage. This product lacks a delayed on / off switch, timer, or remote to safely handle it unless the user is wearing protective eyewear.
