FS case?

Looking for a File Server chassis. Cheap.
Old one is 15-bay [newegg.com], bought for under $80 total about 5 years ago, now it's $196+tax...

Found a good looking 24-bay hot-swappable [newegg.com], but too costly at $560+tax

Looking at $72 THIS ONE [newegg.com] and mod top partition to hold hdd's.

Any one has experience with it or can advise on a different FS chassis?

what are you using for a motherboard you could just make something out of plywood pretty easily if you need a motherboard and power supply mounting along with the drive bays.

Thank you, that's an option I didn't think of.

10 years old Linus video [youtube.com] (and specially this one [youtu.be]) convinced me RPC-4224 will be too loud for my situation. Good riddance, $600 for a case really is too much. I might have spent it and then regret it later.
