Checked the website and finally saw it was back in Stock and ships out July 13th. I know a lot of people can't find this in stock.

Bought a coupon from hugeoff brought my total down to 257.54 + 22 for the coupon.

Also would like to know which one is better!

I don't know but have seen it going on sale on every major holiday. Only difference I see is rip capacity 27" vs 30" and a better stand with wheel. Experienced woodworker can chime in

I'm really considering. I love my Dewalt but hate the 22 inch max rip capacity

Can either the OP or someone please comment on "hugeoff"? In particular, how quickly is the coupon delivered after you purchase and more importantly, how do I know if there are brand exclusions associate with the coupon?

Example: What happens if I purchase the 15% off but it excludes Ridgid brand?

That seems like such a huge oversite. Can't even rip a 4x8 sheet in half. About as bad as Dewalt leaving the screw bit holder off of their lithium drills. Old 18 volts had TWO bit holders molded into the housing. Stupid.

I got the coupon immediately and applied it to my order, so it didn't exclude rigid brand.

I am building my tool collection and currently do not own a miter, circular, or jig saw. Would buying this be smart?

I say get a Miter and Circular and jig saw until you really need one as one can get around needing a table saw by using a circular saw with guides for MOST of the work.

Table saws are commonly the "heart" of a woodworking space. They do most of what miter and circular saws do but more accurately. But circular saws are still useful for their portability and for cutting giant sheets of plywood that don't fit on a table saw.
