Staples has a $20 off $100 coupon that can be applied towards an Edgerouter 4. I was looking for a deal on this and this is the lowest price I found.

Coupon Code: 37637 (Discount applies at checkout)

QA Note: Codes 37637 & 72048 make the final price $149.99

I have "a cheapo ER-X" and so far it does all what I want.
No CLI is necessary to use this router. It's an option for more advanced settings, but not necessary.
I use a pfSense router. I'd guess the main benefit of this over a PC is size, noise, lower power usage, and lower heat generation due to the lower power usage.

Great router. Very complex to setup for a noob (I had to learn how to write firewall rules for example) but love this and my AP HD Access Points!

I have this and easy to setup. I have 12 firewall and 9 NAT policies in place. Great unit.

I really like ubiquiti. I started with a cheapo ER-X which I believe has the same setup learning curve as this. Not really hard for those who can read and try things out. I LOVE my ubiquiti WAP which covers my 3700 sqft home. I don't "need" this but resisting the urge to buy is hard. I am telling myself that the next upgrade is to POE capable of supporting WAPs and security cameras.

This seems to be allow more advanced configuration through CLI and this is more powerful.
